Pomegranate Spinach Fettuccine

Sweet, savory, and a little hint of sour come together for a pomegranate spinach fettucine that's perfectly refreshing for summer.


1 package Taste Republic Spinach Fettucine

2 cups pomegranate juice

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp chopped ginger

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley


Boil and drain fettuccine. In a saucepan, bring pomegranate juice, sugar, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and black pepper to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir pomegranate seeds into sauce and add fettuccine. Top with parsley and serve.
