Dough: Water, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed*, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone**.

Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Asiago Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey, cream, milk, vinegar, salt), Potato Flakes, Olive Oil, Salt.

* Due to a global shortage in golden flaxseed, we are now using brown flaxseed in this product. Our pasta remains 100% gluten-free and has the same taste and texture. 
** Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier found in wine and honey.

Cooking Instructions


  • Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. 
  • Add the tortelloni.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce, and serve.



  • Add tortelloni to a skillet with 3 Tbsp of olive oil or desired sauce.
  • Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Check that the tortelloni are heated thoroughly.
  • Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: No need to thaw your frozen pasta before heating.
