Gluten-Free Marry Me Tortelloni

Gluten-Free Marry Me Tortelloni Ingredients

  • 2 lb Italian sausage
  • Olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Taste Republic Gluten-Free Cheese Tortelloni
  • 1/4 cup cream/milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese

Gluten-Free Marry Me Tortelloni Ingredients

In a large pan, brown your sausage or meat of choice. Once fully cooked, remove and set aside.

To the same pan, add olive oil or oil from sundried tomatoes. Add your garlic, chopped sundried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Mix and then add flour and stir. Add broth and stir until fully combined. 

Stir tortelloni into the sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add your cream, spinach and parmesan cheese. Stir until the spinach is wilted and the cheese is melted. Add sausage back into the pan. Serve warm and enjoy!!
