Gluten-Free Maple Ginger Noodle Stir Fry Directions
Cook the noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Taste Republic Gluten-Free Egg Noodles and cook according to the package directions. Drain and lightly cool.
Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, liquid aminos, sesame seeds, ground ginger, Sriracha, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Sauté the noodles: Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the cooked noodles and toss for about 2 minutes until they start to sizzle slightly.
Add the sauce: Pour the maple ginger sauce over the noodles and toss to coat evenly. Let everything cook together on medium-low heat for another 2 minutes so the sauce thickens and clings to the noodles.
Finish and serve: Remove from heat and top with chopped scallions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve immediately while warm and glossy.
