Spicy Gluten-Free Curry Cheese & Potato Tortelloni

Looking for something different to liven up your holiday feast? These spicy curry cheese & potato tortellonis make a quick and easy side dish that will bring some festive holiday cheer to tastebuds this year!

  1. Place package of tortellonis into boiling water. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Remove tortellonis from water and place in a serving dish. Sprinkle yellow curry powder over the tortellonis. Drizzle with sriracha and finish with fresh thyme leaves.
  3. Serve with a side of sour cream and enjoy an easy, unique side dish!
