Tortelloni Tidbits 

• Pairs perfectly with a rich tomato basil sauce or creamy Alfredo sauce, that highlights the filled flavors.
• Unlike tortellini, tortelloni’s larger size allows for more filling, making each bite more flavorful. Tortelloni is typically filled with vegetables and cheese.

Dough: Water, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed*, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone**, Spinach Flakes.

Filling: Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey, cream, milk, vinegar, salt), Parmesan Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Olive Oil, Potato Flakes, Spinach Flakes, Salt, Black Pepper.

* Due to a global shortage in golden flaxseed, we are now using brown flaxseed in this product. Our pasta remains 100% gluten-free and has the same taste and texture. 
** Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier found in wine and honey.

BOIL

• Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. 
• Add the tortelloni.
• Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Drain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce, and serve.

SKILLET

• Add tortelloni to a skillet with 3 Tbsp of olive oil or desired sauce.
• Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Check that the tortelloni are heated thoroughly.
• Serve and enjoy!
   

NOTE: No need to thaw your frozen pasta before heating.
