We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis.  If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase through our Contact Us page.  We may request from you the following: description of the product, lot number, and photos of product and packaging. We want to hear your feedback.
