Gluten-Free Baked Feta Tomato Pasta

Remember back in 2021 when stores were all selling out of feta because the TikTok-famous baked feta pasta recipe went viral? Well, it turns out the recipe (which actually originated in Finland) is still just as delicious today -- and you won't have to fight the masses for that last block of feta! Our version is, of course, gluten-free so everyone can enjoy.

  • 1 package Taste Republic Fusilli
  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Chopped basil to garnish


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In an oven-safe dish, add the tomatoes and minced garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes.

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

When tomatoes and feta are done, toss pasta directly into baking dish, toss to coat in the melted cheese and tomatoes, and top with fresh basil. Enjoy!
