Sicilian Tomato & Feta Tortelloni

This Sicilian Pasta dish will tickle your taste buds with flavor from olives, artichokes, tomatoes and a zing of hot honey!

It’s a light meal, perfect for vegetarian nights, and can be ready in less than 30 minutes. Additionally, this beautiful dish will please your eyes as well as you admire it for a few seconds before diving in!


  • 1 package Taste Republic Tomato & Feta Tortelloni
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup marinated artichokes, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sundried tomatoes, julienned
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Chopped parsley, garnish


To make the sauce, add oil to a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and stir for 2 min to avoid burning. Add olives, artichokes, and sundried tomatoes - sauté for 2 additional minutes.

Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling water per package directions. Strain pasta and add to sauce pan with balsamic vinegar and feta. Toss until pasta is coated evenly.

Plate, garnish with parsley, admire, and enjoy!
