Tomato Basil Ricotta Fusilli

Our favorite meal category is "feels fancy, secretly super simple." This gluten-free tomato basil ricotta fusilli serves up restaurant quality vibes with fresh, flavorful, and blessedly few ingredients. Ten minutes to mealtime - let's do it!


  • 2 packages Taste Republic Gluten-Free Fusilli
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • 6 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 pints grape tomatoes, halved
  • Whole milk ricotta for topping


Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Saute for one minute until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and cover. Cook for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Mash tomatoes and add salt, pepper, and butter. Once butter is melted, mix in spinach and basil.

Toss in cooked pasta and top with a few spoonfuls of ricotta. Enjoy!
