INGREDIENTS

• 1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Fusilli
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup sliced carrots
• 1 cup sliced celery
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 64 ounces chicken broth
• 2 dried bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (homemade or rotisserie)

DIRECTIONS

1. Add olive oil to a large stockpot and heat over medium heat.
2. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Sauté for about 7 minutes.
3. Add garlic and sauté for another 1–2 minutes.
4. Add chicken broth, bay leaves, thyme, oregano, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Add Fusilli and boil for 2–3 minutes, or until tender.
6. Reduce heat and add shredded cooked chicken. Cook until the chicken is warmed through.
7. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
