Pomegranate Sauce with Spinach & Cheese Ravioli

Give your pasta a tangy, fruity kick with this unexpected sauce! The pomegranate and orange offer the perfect balance for the creaminess of the ravioli, making for a perfect dish to take you from summer into fall. 


1 package Taste Republic spinach & cheese ravioli

1 medium red onion, diced

1 bunch kale, chopped

1/4 tsp salt and pepper

3 tbsp pomegranate molasses (available on Amazon, at Middle Eastern grocers, or make your own)

1 tbsp orange zest


Cook ravioli according to package directions and set aside.

Heat a large saute pan to medium-high and saute red onion until translucent.

Add kale and cook for about 5 minutes.

Toss ravioli into the kale and onion mixture.

Add salt, pepper, orange zest, and pomegranate molasses. Stir in pomegranate seeds. Serve and enjoy!
