One-Pot Gluten-Free Cauliflower Linguini

When you're too lazy to wash extra dishes and too tired to spend more than 10 minutes putting dinner together, this simple recipe comes to the rescue. Made with Gluten-free Cauliflower Linguini, it contains contains approximately 2 ½ servings of vegetables in each 3 oz. portion -- plus some extra spinach for good measure! It's almost so simple it doesn't need a recipe, but sometimes you just need a reminder that great food doesn't have to be complicated.


1 package fresh or frozen Taste Republic Gluten-Free Cauliflower Linguini

2 large handfuls fresh spinach, or 1 package frozen

Sauce of choice

Parmesan cheese to taste

Add 1 1/2 cups of water to a shallow pan, bring to a boil and add Cauliflower Linguini. Cook, stirring occasionally, until water boils off.

Add spinach and stir until wilted. Add favorite sauce (we used rosé), Parmesan cheese and stir until combined. Plate, serve and enjoy knowing you only have one plate and one bowl to wash!
