Ingredients
1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Red Lentil Fusilli
2 cups cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a loaf pan, combine cooked red lentil pasta, cottage cheese, eggs, half of the shredded cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let cool slightly, then slice into equal portions. Serve immediately.
