Italian Sausage Red Sauce & Fettuccine


1 package Taste Republic Fettuccine
1 lb Italian sausage
One small onion, diced
Four garlic cloves, diced
Two heaping tablespoons tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes
1.5 tablespoons Italian seasoning
One teaspoon each garlic powder and onion powder
Pinch red pepper flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pinch of Sugar

Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Add oil to a large pot and sauté Italian sausage with onion and 4 cloves of garlic until meat is cooked through.
Add tomato pasta and stir until everything is coated.
Add cans of tomatoes and spices. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sugar. Toss with pasta and enjoy.
