Autumn Harvest Four Cheese Raviolini

Pumpkin is for more than just pies! It's also a great ingredient to add to savory dishes for an extra serving of Vitamins A, C, E, and more - plus a hearty dose of flavor. This homemade Autumn Harvest sauce brings the most delightful balance of sweet and savory to pair perfectly with the taste of our four cheese raviolini.


  • 1 package Taste Republic Four Cheese Raviolini (available at Target stores) or Spinach & Cheese Ravioli
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 15 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Add olive oil to a large pot and saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper over medium heat.

Once onions are slightly translucent, mix in pumpkin and tomatoes, then add spices. Simmer about 6-7 minutes, mix in butter, and stir until smooth. 

Take sauce off heat and add to a large food processor and blend until smooth. 

Cook pasta according to package instructions. After draining, add pasta back to pot and pour in sauce. Stir to combine.
