Gluten-Free Mediterranean Style Baked Tortelloni

We love a one pan meal, especially when it’s fully gluten-free! This Mediterranean Style Baked Tortelloni is satisfying and packed with flavor without being too heavy. And with only 30 minutes to bake, it's great for a weeknight meal.


Gluten-Free Mediterranean Style Baked Tortelloni Ingredients

1 package of Taste Republic 16 oz. Gluten-Free Spinach & Cheese Tortelloni
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup artichoke hearts
1 cup sundried tomatoes
2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 lemon juiced
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili pepper
¼ tsp mixed herbs
¼ tsp pepper


Directions

Combine all ingredients into one pan. The pasta can be put into the pan from frozen and will cook in the pan once placed in the oven. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve in individual bowls and top with feta.
