Gluten Free Pizza Pasta Ingredients
1 package of Taste Republic’s Gluten-Free Fusilli
2 tsp of olive oil
Half of a red or white onion, diced
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 cup of pepperoni, divided into two equal portions
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
3 tsp of oregano
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of chili flakes
1 cup of marinara sauce
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, divided into two equal portions
½ cup of parmesan cheese
Gluten Free Pizza Pasta Directions
Over medium heat, add olive oil to a pan. Once simmering, add onion, garlic and 1 tsp of oregano and cook for 10 minutes. Add half of the pepperoni and cook for 10 more minutes.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, then add Gluten-Free Fusilli and stir until pasta is loosened.
Pour in the heavy cream, add oregano, salt and chili flakes, then add marinara sauce and combine with a spoon.
Add half of the mozzarella cheese and stir until well combined. Then, top this mixture with remaining mozzarella cheese, remaining pepperoni and parmesan cheese. Put a lid on the pan and allow to sit on low heat for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot and enjoy.
