You can't beat a classic tomato sauce with our gluten-free linguini...unless you also add deliciously creamy burrata! With a simple, wholesome ingredients, it's the perfect comfort meal that also feels just a little fancy.
1 package Taste Republic gluten-free linguini
2 tbsp butter
½ medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz canned tomato paste
30 oz canned diced tomatoes
½ cup grape tomatoes
⅓ cup coconut milk
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 package ground turkey
3 thick slices of burrata cheese
Cook and drain pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
Brown turkey over medium/high heat in a large skillet. Add in butter, onion, and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add all other ingredients (besides burrata) and bring to a simmer. Cook for five minutes and toss in linguini.
Plate and top with burrata and basil leaves (optional). Serve and enjoy!
