1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
1 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Brown meat thoroughly in a large skillet. Drain fat if needed, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. While sauce heats, boil water and cook Cauliflower Linguini according to package instructions. Drain pasta, plate, and top with meat sauce. Enjoy!
