- 2 packages Taste Republic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli or Plant-Based Sausage Ravioli
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs
- avocado oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for serving
- marinara sauce, pesto, or sauce of choice for serving
Whisk together milk and eggs in a bowl. Pour breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl or plate.
Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat well with breadcrumbs.
Add enough avocado oil to fully coat bottom of pan and heat. Place your coated raviolis on pan. Cook each side over medium heat about 3-5 min until golden brown and well toasted.
Sprinkle with parm and parsley and serve with dipping sauces of choice!
