Gluten Free Air Fryer Pasta Chips with Cheese Tortelloni

Air fryer pasta chips went viral for being a crunchy, dippable, delicious snack -- but we knew we could take it one step further with our Gluten-Free Four Cheese Tortelloni! Paired with tangy garlic feta sauce, this would be the perfect summer snack for all your BBQ parties or even just a tasty treat at the end of a long day.

Air Fryer Tortelloni Pasta Chip Ingredients

1 package of Taste Republic Gluten-Free Four Cheese Tortelloni
3 tsp Italian seasoning
3 tsp dried basil

2 tbsp of olive oil
salt to taste

Garlic Feta Dipping Sauce Ingredients

1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
3 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of chili powder
2 tbsp olive oil


Cook Gluten-Free Four Cheese Tortelloni according to package instructions. Add to a mixing bowl and coat with Italian seasoning, dried basil, 2 tbsp of olive oil and salt, tossing periodically to disperse evenly.

Line air fryer with parchment and add coated tortelloni to the air fryer basket. Set for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

While the tortelloni is in the air fryer, make the feta dip by combining Greek yogurt, remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil, crumbled feta cheese, garlic powder, chili powder and salt to taste. Mix well (can also use handheld mixer if you feel it is not mixing well enough). Once the tortelloni chips are done cooking in the air fryer, plate and serve warm with the fresh dip.
