Ingredients

1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Four Cheese Raviolini
1 stick (½ cup) butter
1 garlic bulb, roasted
½ cup chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Roast the garlic: Slice off one end of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Wrap it in foil and bake at 400°F for 30–40 minutes. Once done, set it aside to cool.

Prepare the garlic butter: In a bowl, combine the butter with the roasted garlic (squeezing out the softened cloves), parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Pan-fry the raviolini: Melt the garlic butter mixture in a pan over medium heat. Add the frozen raviolini, stirring gently until they separate and soften. Let them cook in 2-minute intervals, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a plate to cool slightly.

Make the crispy topping: In the same pan, toast the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring until golden and crunchy.

Assemble and serve: Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs over the crispy raviolini and serve immediately.
