Creamy, lemon-y, and surprisingly dairy-free! This easy sauce comes together in a food processor for a 2 step prep that's easy to customize with your favorite veggies. Plus, with a chickpea-based pasta and hummus, every serving has an extra hit of protein.
1 package Taste Republic Grain-Free Chickpea Linguini
8 oz garlic hummus
1/4 cup unsweetened, unflavored nut milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of black pepper
Zest of one lemon
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.
Add all other ingredients to food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
Combine linguini and sauce and toss to coat. Optional: add veggies of your choice to round out the meal. Enjoy!
