Ingredients:
Taste Republic Cauliflower Linguini
Broccoli
Olive Oil
Red Pepper Flakes
Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Dairy-Free Cheese Shreds
For the sauce:
1 cup cooked sweet potato
1 1/2 cups dairy free yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a food processor until well-combined. Toss pasta with sauce and serve with steamed or roasted broccoli. Top with dairy-free cheese shreds if desired!
