Summer Tomato Cauliflower Linguini

With just a few throw-together ingredients, you can file this one under "Simple, Yet Satisfying." In the words of recipe developer Jeanette, “Dan ate the entire bowl before I told him the noodles were grain-free and made with cauliflower. He seriously had no idea! The grain-free cauliflower linguini is THAT good."


Taste Republic Grain-Free Cauliflower Linguini

1 Jar Marinara Sauce (or homemade if you prefer)

Fresh Tomatoes

Chopped Spinach

Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional topping: Pumpkin Seeds


Heat salted water to boiling and drop linguini in for about three minutes. Meanwhile, warm marinara sauce in a pan. Drain linguini and top with sauce, veggies, and salt and pepper to taste. Voila! Dinner is served!
