for -6+ servings:- 2 packages of Taste Republic Gluten-Free Four Cheese Tortelloni
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of mozzarella balls
- 3 tbsp of red onion, diced
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine or balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp of fresh basil, minced
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Mince the fresh herbs, cut tomatoes in half, and dice the red onion.
- Combine everything in a bowl and top with olive oil and vinegar.
