Quick Gluten-Free Taco Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
1 package Taste Republic Gluten Free Linguini
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil 

1/4 cup of chopped white onion
1/2 of a chopped bell pepper (orange or red)

1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook Linguini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper and all seasonings, and saute until onions become translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.

Add sour cream and cheese, stirring until thoroughly melted. 
Add cooked Taste Republic Gluten-Free Linguini and combine. Serve and enjoy!
