Fusilli Summer Salad

1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Fusilli
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 

1 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
1 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup green olives
1/4 cup red peppers, chopped

Boil fusilli for 2-3 minutes and drain. Prepare the vegetables.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinaigrette, and sea salt. Add the pasta and vegetables and toss with the dressing until evenly combined.

Serve right away or chill in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
