Ingredients
1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Egg Noodles
1 lb ground beef
½ white onion, chopped
1 zucchini, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp each salt & pepper
2 cups beef broth
1½ cups milk
Directions
Sauté the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it starts to brown.
Add Flavor: Stir in the chopped white onion, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking over medium heat until the beef is fully browned.
Incorporate Zucchini: Add the grated zucchini and mix well, ensuring it blends evenly into the beef mixture.
Cook the Noodles: Add the gluten-free egg noodles, followed by beef broth and milk. Stir to combine, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium-low heat for 10–15 minutes.
