This super simple, festive-lookin' gluten-free spinach fettucine with shrimp and tomatoes is perfect for the holiday season! Plus you get a ton of micronutrients and protein in each bite; the pasta is made with spinach so you get an extra dose of veggies with all the pasta taste.
Ingredients
- 1 package Taste Republic Spinach Fettuccine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 4 oz shrimp
- Fresh basil to garnish
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil and drain spinach fettucine according to package instructions and set aside.
Add olive oil and garlic to a large skillet and saute until fragrant. Toss in tomatoes and cook until they burst. Flatten tomatoes with a wooden spoon.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink. Pour cooked pasta into skillet and toss. Garnish with fresh basil and shredded parmesan. Enjoy!
