Creamy Gluten-Free Mushroom Tortelloni

Getting a delicious gluten-free meal on the table can be the easiest part of your day with this creamy gluten free mushroom tortelloni. The simple sauce is perfect for your weekly meal rotation -- and it pairs perfectly with any of our gluten-free pastas.

Mushroom Tortelloni Ingredients

Serves 1-2 people

1 package Taste Republic Gluten Free Tortelloni (or pasta of choice)
1/4 cup of diced white onion
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream or milk of choice


In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté white onion in extra virgin olive oil until they turn slightly translucent.

Add mushrooms to pan and cook until they begin to brown and release their moisture. Stir in tomato paste, parmesan cheese, and heavy cream or dairy of your choice.

Let simmer over low heat and stir occasionally. While the sauce thickens, cook Taste Republic’s Gluten-Free Four Cheese Tortelloni according to package instructions. Add pasta to the sauce and stir together. Enjoy!
