Creamy Broccoli Pasta Sauce with Gluten-Free Fusilli
This broccoli pasta sauce is a quick and easy way to ensure your child (or veggie-opposed grown-up -- no judgement!) is getting their veggies, paired with a fun fusilli that your little ones will love!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Fusilli
  • 1 cup cooked or steamed broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook Gluten-Free Fusilli according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Add broccoli, cream cheese, reserved pasta water, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked Fusilli to a bowl and toss with the broccoli sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
