Creamy Broccoli Pasta Sauce with Gluten-Free Fusilli

This broccoli pasta sauce is a quick and easy way to ensure your child (or veggie-opposed grown-up -- no judgement!) is getting their veggies, paired with a fun fusilli that your little ones will love!

Ingredients

(serves 1 adult and 1 small child)

1 package of Taste Republic Gluten-Free Fusilli
1 cup cooked or steamed broccoli
2 tbsp cream cheese
½ cup pasta water
1 tbsp Parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Cook Gluten-Free Fusilli according to package instructions. When straining, save the pasta water by placing a bowl underneath the colander.

Add broccoli, cream cheese, pasta water, Parmesan cheese and olive oil to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add pasta to a bowl and cover with freshly made broccoli sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
