Philly Cheesesteak Gluten-Free Tortelloni

Philly Cheesesteak Gluten-Free Tortelloni Ingredients

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 (4 count) package Philly Sirloin Steaks
1 green bell pepper
½ yellow onion
1 ½ teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
1 bag of Taste Republic Gluten-Free Four Cheese Tortelloni
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup shredded provolone cheese


Directions

In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the steaks to one side of the
pan and the sliced green pepper and onion to the other side.

Sprinkle Montreal seasoning over steak, green peppers and onions and cook the meat according to the package then combine everything in the pan.

Add in frozen Tortelloni and heavy cream, bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 10 minutes. Make sure to stir often. Sprinkle provolone cheese on top then cover again until melted and enjoy!
