Best Cauliflower Gnocchi Recipe

You probably already know how to cook pasta.. but what about gnocchi? Our frozen cauliflower gnocchi (you can find it at select Target stores!) can be cooked a few different ways. Some people prefer to just boil the gnocchi for a more chewy texture. Some people prefer to just sauté the gnocchi for a more crispy texture. ⁠⁠

Our take? Combine them to create the most perfect bite! Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. Here's how:


​​Ingredients
for -3+ servings:
1 package of Taste Republic Cauliflower Gnocchi
3 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of salt

Directions
Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a pot. Take cauliflower gnocchi out of freezer and drop directly into boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes until tender and drain.

Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat. Transfer gnocchi to skillet and sauté for 1 minute until golden brown. Cook until all sides are slightly browned. Add garlic powder and salt. Top with whatever sauce or cheese you prefer!
