You probably already know how to cook pasta.. but what about gnocchi? Our frozen cauliflower gnocchi (you can find it at select Target stores!) can be cooked a few different ways. Some people prefer to just boil the gnocchi for a more chewy texture. Some people prefer to just sauté the gnocchi for a more crispy texture.
Our take? Combine them to create the most perfect bite! Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. Here's how:
for -3+ servings:
1 package of Taste Republic Cauliflower Gnocchi
3 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of salt
Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a pot. Take cauliflower gnocchi out of freezer and drop directly into boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes until tender and drain.
Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat. Transfer gnocchi to skillet and sauté for 1 minute until golden brown. Cook until all sides are slightly browned. Add garlic powder and salt. Top with whatever sauce or cheese you prefer!
