Raviolini Tidbits 

• Creamy Alfredo sauce or marinara sauce paired with ravioli can create comforting dishes.
• Ravioli can be served in a comforting soup or a well-crafted pasta dish, having versatility at the table.
• Raviolini is the smaller, bite size version of ravioli.

Dough: Water, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone*.

Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzyme), Asiago Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzyme), Parmesan Cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzyme), Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whey, cream, milk, vinegar, salt), Potato Flakes, Olive Oil, Salt.

* Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier found in wine and honey.

BOIL

• Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a rolling boil.
• Add the raviolini.
• Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Drain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce, and serve.

SKILLET

• Add raviolini to a skillet with 3 Tbsp of water or desired sauce.
• Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Check that the raviolini are heated thoroughly.
• Serve and enjoy!
   

NOTE: No need to thaw your frozen pasta before heating.
