Ingredients
- 1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Spinach & Cheese Ravioli
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
Add the cottage cheese, milk, cheddar, Parmesan, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, white pepper, nutmeg, and cayenne (if using) to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 30–40 seconds.
Pour the sauce into a pot over medium-low heat. Stir continuously for 1–1½ minutes until slightly thickened. Add reserved pasta water a splash at a time if needed to loosen.
Add the drained ravioli to the sauce and stir until fully coated and warmed through.
Serve immediately while warm and creamy.
