Gluten-Free Raviolini Chips with Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients

1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Four Cheese Raviolini
½ of a rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3-5 tbsp buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Blue cheese crumbles
Olive oil

Gluten-Free Raviolini Chips with Buffalo Chicken Dip Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Place raviolini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Once done, set aside to cool.

In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, red onion, green onion, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix well. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
