You bet this gluten-free shrimp scampi linguini tastes as good as it looks - and it's packed with protein and delicious fresh flavors.
1 package Taste Republic gluten-free linguini
1 lb shrimp, shells removed and cleaned
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, diced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tsp chili powder
12 tsp kosher salt
Pinch of pepper
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
In a skillet over medium/low heat, sauté shrimp in olive oil. Cook each side for a couple of minutes and remove from skillet.
Add butter, garlic, and shallot to the pan. Cook for a couple of minutes and add wine to deglaze the pan.
Add all other ingredients and toss in pasta and shrimp. Serve hot and enjoy!
