1 tsp all-purpose flour

1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 tbsp Parmesan

3 tbsp heavy cream

Onion powder, to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 tbsp pasta water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook Taste Republic Gluten-Free Fusilli until al dente.
In a small baking dish, combine butter and flour. Bake for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bubbly and golden.
Remove from oven and add cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, heavy cream, and pasta water. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Bake for another 5–10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until everything is melted and combined.
Mix in the cooked fusilli, top with extra cheese if desired, and finish under the broiler for 5 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
