Gluten-Free Green Miso Pasta with Spinach, Peas & Tofu

It's easy being green with this creamy gluten-free green miso pasta packed with protein and real greens. The vibrant hue and fresh ingredients are perfect for welcoming spring!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Taste Republic pasta of choice

  • 1 handful fresh spinach

  • 1 cup peas

  • 2 tablespoons miso paste

  • ½ package soft tofu

  • ⅓ cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For topping:

  • 1 cup edamame (or to taste)

  • Black sesame seeds, to taste


Directions

Blend the sauce: In a blender, combine the spinach, peas, miso paste, soft tofu, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Cook the pasta: Prepare your gluten-free pasta according to package directions. Drain well.

Combine: Stir cooked pasta into the green miso sauce until evenly coated.

Serve: Top with edamame and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
