1 handful fresh spinach

2 tablespoons miso paste

½ package soft tofu

⅓ cup nutritional yeast

For topping:

1 cup edamame (or to taste)

Black sesame seeds, to taste
Directions
Blend the sauce: In a blender, combine the spinach, peas, miso paste, soft tofu, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Cook the pasta: Prepare your gluten-free pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
Combine: Stir cooked pasta into the green miso sauce until evenly coated.
Serve: Top with edamame and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
