Garlicky White Wine Gluten-Free Cauliflower Pasta

The ingredient list for this simple gluten-free dinner is minimal, but each ingredient truly carries its weight for a rich dish that secretly packs in a few servings of veggies. It's hard to mess up any combination of butter, white wine, garlic, and pasta, so you truly can't go wrong! The only requirements: ability to boil a pot of water and a deep appreciation for garlic!

Ingredients

1 package of Taste Republic Cauliflower Linguini

1/3 cup white wine⠀

2 tbsp olive oil⠀

1 1/2 tbsp ghee or butter⠀

1/2 tsp pink salt⠀

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes⠀

juice and 1 tsp zest of one lemon⠀

4 cloves minced garlic⠀

1/2 cup frozen peas⠀

Directions:

Add the olive oil to a pan with the minced garlic. Cook on medium heat until the garlic begins to become translucent.

Add in the white wine, the ghee, and the red pepper flakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add in the lemon juice and zest and then reduce the heat and add in the frozen peas. (You can add any vegetable you like — spinach, mushrooms, etc.)

Meanwhile, boil water and cook the Taste Republic Cauliflower Linguini according to the package, about 2 minutes.

Once it is done cooking, drain and immediately add the garlicky white wine sauce. Stir until the noodles are covered and then add in the pink salt. You can also add in additional red pepper flakes if you like it spicy!
