Ingredients
1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Cauliflower Penne
¼ cup butter
¼ cup finely chopped fresh sage
2 tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup reserved pasta water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Strain and set aside, reserving ¼ cup of the pasta water.
Finely chop the sage while the pasta cooks.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter until it begins to sizzle gently. Add the minced garlic and chopped sage, cooking until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Add in about 1 tsp each of salt & pepper. Add lemon juice.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, then add the reserved pasta water, mixing until smooth.
