5-Minute Lazy Lasagna

You life will change the moment you realize you can make lasagna without layering. This dump-and-bake wonder takes about 5 minutes of hands-on prep, then the oven does the heavy lifting. Marinara, melty burrata, meatballs, and plenty of mozzarella all bake up into a weeknight win.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinara sauce (24–25 oz)
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 package Taste Republic GF Lasagna Noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 20–25 frozen fully cooked meatballs (1/2 oz each)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

How to make it

In a large baking dish, mix together the marinara and water. Add the broken noodles and ricotta, then stir to combine.

Add the frozen meatballs, seasonings, and frozen spinach. Top with mozzarella.

Cover the dish tightly with foil.

Bake at 375°F, covered, for 45–50 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until bubbly.
