All the lasagna flavor with just one pot and 30 minutes? Yep - it's possible with this gluten free Tortelloni Lasagna!
Ingredients
- 18 oz Taste Republic refrigerated Tortelloni
 - 1 lb ground beef
 - ½ medium onion, diced
 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 tsp avocado oil
 - ½ tsp salt (for meat)
 - ¼ tsp black pepper (for meat)
 
For the Sauce
- 1 (28 oz) can of marinara sauce
 - 1 cup water
 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
 
For the Ricotta Topping
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan
 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley
 - ½ tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 
For the Final Dish
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan
 - Fresh parsley, chopped
 
Instructions:
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion for 3 min, add garlic, and cook 1 min.
 - Add ground beef, season with salt & pepper, and cook 5 min.
 - Add marinara. Simmer 6–8 min.
 - Pour in water, bring to a simmer, and add Tortelloni. Cover and cook 2-3 min, until tender.
 - Sprinkle on mozzarella and Parmesan. Add dollops of ricotta mixture on top.
 - Broil uncovered for 3–4 min, until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
