Ingredients
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
2 cups spinach
2.5 cups marinara sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
4.5 cups water
1 package of Taste Republic’s Gluten-Free Red Lentil Fusilli
Directions
In a medium pot, combine all the ingredients, including pasta. Stir well so the pasta is not sticking together and all ingredients are combined.
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until sauce mixture has thickened to your liking. Plate and serve. Optional: Garnish with fresh basil and vegan cheese
