Ingredients
1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Red Lentil Fusilli
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1 red onion, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
½ head broccoli, cut into small florets
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
⅓ cup protein cottage cheese
¼ cup pesto
Directions
Cook the Red Lentil Fusilli according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set it aside in a large bowl to cool.
While the pasta cools, chop your veggies—red onion, celery, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes.
Add the shredded chicken, chopped veggies, cottage cheese, and pesto to the bowl of cooled pasta. Stir everything together until fully combined.
