Gluten-Free Pesto Burrata Pasta Ingredients

1 package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Linguini
1 cup sundried tomatoes (with oil)
1 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup reserved pasta water
1 ball burrata cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste

Gluten-Free Pesto Burrata Pasta Instructions

Cook the pasta: Boil the linguini according to the package instructions. Before draining, reserve ½ cup of pasta water and set aside.

Sauté the sundried tomatoes: In a large pan over medium heat, add the sundried tomatoes along with their oil. Heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the pesto: Stir in the pesto and mix until well combined.

Combine with pasta: Add the cooked linguini to the pan, tossing to coat. If needed, gradually add the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Gently warm the burrata: Place the burrata in a small bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 1–2 minutes, just until the inside is soft. Remove and pat dry.

Plate and serve: Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl. Gently pull apart the burrata and place it over the pasta. Serve immediately and enjoy!
