Ingredients:
Dough: Water, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Organic Flax Seed, 2% or less of Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone.
Filling: Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Ricotta Cheese (whey, whole milk, sweet cream, culture, vinegar, salt), Potato Flakes, Whey Protein Concentrate, Italian Herb Seasoning (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme).

Skillet: Before opening, loosen the pasta by gently kneading. Heat a skillet on low heat and add ½ cup of water or 1 cup of desired sauce to the pan. Add pasta, cover, and cook on low for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is thoroughly cooked. Turn off the heat, add desired toppings, and enjoy!

Boil: Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the tortelloni and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
