Gluten-Free Tortelloni with Chicken and Garlic Herb Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 package Taste Republic tortelloni (any variety)

  • 1.1 lb chicken breast, diced

  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning

  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter

  • 4 teaspoons garlic purée (or 4 cloves, finely grated)

  • 1 ¼ cups chicken stock

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook the chicken: Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add the butter. Season the diced chicken with chicken seasoning and cook for 3–4 minutes, until golden and mostly cooked through.

Add aromatics: Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring until fragrant.

Build the sauce: Pour in the chicken stock and heavy cream. Stir in the parsley and chives, then bring to a gentle simmer.

Cook the tortelloni: Prepare the tortelloni according to package directions. Drain, then add directly to the sauce.

Combine: Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens and coats the tortelloni and chicken evenly. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve warm.
